Meetings & Parties
Host your meeting or party at Coffee Buy The Book! Your guests will feel right at home with our friendly service. We will be happy to assist you in all that it takes to make your event a special one. From a small get-together, to your child’s birthday, or a business meeting, we can accommodate your needs.
Seating can be arranged for up to 24 guests with tables, and slightly higher without tables. Although we do not have a kitchen, our previous groups have had their meals catered and we would be more than happy to supply a list of caterers. However, for an event not centered around a meal-time, we have a variety of snacks and desserts.
We offer two Children’s Birthday Party Packages. Each Package Includes:
- A story, a craft, playing games, with time for opening gifts, and enjoying cake (that you provide).
- We will read a book, that you choose, from our pre-set list.
- The birthday child gets to KEEP the book read at the party.
- We will do a craft from a pre-set list that all the children take home.
- We will play age-appropriate games and everyone will have plenty of FUN!
Package #1 is $10.00 per child
Package #2 is $5.00 per child
The difference in the prices reflects different values in the books and crafts you choose for the party. Both will be equally FUN!
